Our story starts with you

Founded in 2014 by Dmitry Gafiyatulin, Reliance Utilities began as an outsourced sales agent for power companies before evolving into a dedicated energy brokerage. Dmitry saw a need for fairness and a personal touch in the energy sector, where customer needs were often neglected. This inspired him to create a brokerage that prioritises fairness, transparency, and tailored solutions for every client.
